Website information
Website Terms
These terms govern access to and use of the CHAMP Solutions website, its public content, forms, downloadable materials, and online questionnaire submission features.
Effective date: 27 August 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. Do not use the website if you do not agree.
The website is intended for lawful business use by adults and authorised organisational representatives.
This public website does not require an account unless a feature expressly says otherwise. Any future application, account, subscription, payment, or customer portal may have additional terms that apply to that feature.
2. Information only; no offer or professional advice
Website content describes CHAMP Solutions Ltd, GLIMS-related offerings, Data Center services, cybersecurity capabilities, implementation support, and other services in general terms. It is not a binding offer, warranty, service commitment, legal opinion, financial advice, regulatory advice, security certification, or substitute for a professional assessment.
Service scope, availability, price, implementation dates, service levels, data location, compliance responsibilities, licensing, and support are binding only when stated in documents signed by authorised parties.
3. Enquiries, questionnaires, and electronic submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and completeness of information you submit and for having authority to provide information about other people. Do not submit secrets or sensitive information unless the form specifically requests it and the approved secure channel is available.
A submitted Data Center questionnaire helps CHAMP assess and prepare onboarding. Its electronic signature records acknowledgement and authority for that submission but does not by itself create a service agreement, guarantee capacity, reserve infrastructure, or oblige either party to proceed.
A submission receipt confirms technical receipt only. CHAMP may request verification, clarification, additional due diligence, or resubmission and may reject incomplete, unlawful, unsafe, or suspicious submissions.
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant CHAMP a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, review, reproduce, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, assess or deliver services, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and operate the relationship. This permission does not give CHAMP ownership of your pre-existing materials or permission to publish them for marketing without your consent.
4. Payments and commercial services
The public website does not currently create a paid subscription, process a purchase, or auto-renew a service merely because you browse it or submit an enquiry. If CHAMP enables online payments or purchases, the checkout, order, invoice, or supplemental service terms will state the applicable price, taxes, billing timing, payment provider, cancellation, refund, and renewal rules.
Data Center, implementation, support, licensing, and other commercial services are governed by the signed proposal, Order Form, Master Service Agreement, licence, support agreement, or other applicable customer contract. Those signed terms control if they conflict with these website terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not access or test systems without written authorisation, bypass controls, interfere with service, introduce malware, or attempt to obtain another person’s data.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, malicious, or unsolicited promotional content.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, provide false access credentials, or misuse signatures.
- Do not scrape, copy, frame, reverse engineer, or use automated tools in a way that harms the website, circumvents restrictions, or infringes rights.
- Do not use website content or forms to train systems, benchmark security, or conduct competitive intelligence where prohibited by law or without required permission.
6. Confidential and security-sensitive information
Questionnaires and communications may identify infrastructure, access personnel, compliance requirements, or incident contacts. You must use a trusted device and network, control copies you download or print, and send information only through approved channels. CHAMP may apply additional verification or handling restrictions.
Public website submission does not replace an NDA. If confidential exchange is required before onboarding, request an appropriate agreement and secure transfer method from your CHAMP contact.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use
The website, CHAMP branding, text, graphics, software, designs, documents, and other materials are owned by CHAMP or used under licence. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You may view, print, and download materials for legitimate internal evaluation or customer use. No other licence is granted. You may not remove notices, republish materials, imply endorsement, create confusing branding, or commercially exploit content without written permission.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or depend on third-party hosting, communications, maps, analytics, social media, or technology services. Third parties control their own availability, content, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not mean CHAMP endorses every statement or assumes responsibility for that service.
9. Availability, changes, and security
We aim to maintain an accurate and secure website but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or vulnerability-free operation. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue content or features, including to maintain security, comply with law, or respond to misuse.
Report suspected vulnerabilities under our Security & Responsible Disclosure guidance. Authorisation to use the public website is not authorisation to test CHAMP or third-party systems.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Nothing excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAMP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from public website use. For the public website only, any aggregate liability that cannot otherwise be excluded is limited to the amount paid directly to CHAMP for website access in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, if any. Any liability relating to contracted services is governed by the signed customer agreement.
11. Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible for losses, claims, or costs arising from your unlawful use, malicious submission, infringement, or material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law. CHAMP may preserve evidence, block access, and cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary.
12. Governing terms and disputes
A signed contract governs service-related disputes and applicable law. For public website matters not covered by a signed agreement, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, subject to mandatory law and applicable conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve concerns through written notice where appropriate.
13. General and contact
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date.
